Want a room near Banjara Hills

Hi, I need a room for min. 3 months. I'm not a smoker / drinker, So, I expect the same. Male / Female who are polite needed as room mate. I work in real estate. So, all the day I'll be out in field. The only reason I need room is to have some good sleep in the night. I'm not a party animal / gaming freak. Yes, my budget is small. I do not have anything expensive items with me. Just my clothes and some accessories. Most importantly, I have a desktop to keep in the room. Areas around 15 KM from Punjagutta are preferred.
