We at Sun Asset Management Services provide Single and Twin Sharing accommodations near Hitec City and Gachibowli area. These apartments are just 3 KM from Cyber towers on Hitec City - JNTU, Kukatpally Road and 4 KM from Cyber Towers on Hitec City Gachibowli Road. We do have several 3/4 bed room apartments in these complexes and all are furnished. Each room will have Two single cots / Double Cot with mattress and Pillows. There will be a common TV, Refrigerator, Dining Table set and Sofa set in Living Room. Microwave and Washing Machine. Telephone and Internet connections are provided. Maximum 2 persons in each room. Commercial terms:- 1) Monthly Rent - Twin Sharing Rs.4,300.00 for Non A/c and Rs.5,200 for A/c room and Single Occupancy - Rs.8,600.00 for Non A/c and Rs.10,000 for A/c room plus applicable taxes per Person. This price includes Basic Room Rent, Water, Electricity, Cable and Monthly Maintenance charges and excludes Personal Laundry, Internet, Gym and Telephone usage charges. 2) Food - Food is optional and we provide Breakfast (Bread, butter, Jam and Cornflakes with milk during week days and weekends Paratha, Puri or Upama etc.) and Dinner (Chapattis, Rice, 2 Curries and Curds) every day – Cost per person is Rs.1000 per person per month. 2) Security Deposit – Rs.10,000.00 per Person in Twin sharing and Rs.20,000 per Person in single Occupancy, to be paid at the time of signing the agreement and the same will be refunded back to the individual at the time of vacating the premises after adjusting damages and dues if any. 3) Lease Period – 6 months with a lock in period of 3 months. 4) Termination Notice - 1 month, after lock in period of 3 months.
