I am staying in 1BHK flat with all facilities like water, parking, security + own fridge, TV, gas connection, matters etc. This costs 7500 /- for 1BHK (which will be shared between 2 girls) and other expenses include Electricity, Milk, Cable, Internet (if u want) on sharing basis.
