We have several 3 bed room flats and all are furnished. Separate blocks for Boys and Girls. Each room will have big wardrobe, 2 single cots with Mattress and Pillows. Common TV, Refrigerator, Dining Table & Sofa set in Living Room. Clean toilets and are cleaned every day. 24 hr. caretaker service. Additional facilities like Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Restaurants, Gym (Extra charges apply), Parking, 24 Security and Power back up to common areas are available. Monthly Rent - Rs.5000.00 per Person in Twin Sharing and Rs.9300.00 per Person in Single Occupancy plus applicable taxes. This includes Room Rent, Food, Water, Electricity, Cable and Maintenance charges and excludes Personal Laundry, Internet, Gym and Telephone usage charges (available at extra cost). Breakfast :- Bread, butter, Jam & Cornflakes with milk during weekdays, on weekends Paratha/ Poori etc. Dinner:- Chapattis, Rice, 2 Vegetarian Curries and curds. On weekends Lunch will be provided at extra cost. Security Deposit – 2 months rent and the same will be refunded at the time of vacating the premises. Lease Period – 12 months with a min. stay of 3 months. Restrictions - Opposite gender is not allowed, No alcohol, No pets and No guests with out intimation.
