We are looking for someone to share a 3BHK in which my roommate and I are currently residing. The house is in MLA Colony, Road No 12, Banjara Hills [near to Great Kabab Factory and Kanki Restaurant] and is completely equipped with all the required amenities [tv, fridge, cupboards etc] and the kitchen is fully operational. Apart from this, we have a maid who comes everyday to do all household chores including washing clothes. The house is ready for occupation immediately. There is 24 hours water supply and excellent security. The expense per head would be around 4500/- per month which includes rent, maintainance,maid charges,cable tv charge, electricity,misc expenses.
